Kenneth M. Gordon
Chairman
Ken founded EquiGenesis Corporation in 1995. For more than 30 years, he has successfully conceived, structured, implemented, distributed, closed and managed tax-advantaged investment solutions.
He has assisted thousands of high net worth investors with exclusive tax incentive investment opportunities and is known as a vigorous advocate for their interests. Ken received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Camille Jordaan
President
Camille joined EquiGenesis in 2021. Previously, she worked in various roles at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, CI Global Asset Management and Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc. Camille earned her BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto, JD from Michigan State University, LL.B from the University of Ottawa and LLM in Taxation from New York University and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Allison Martin
Vice President and General Counsel
Allison has advised EquiGenesis and its investors on various legal and business related matters since 2009, before which she represented numerous clients in banking, corporate commercial and entertainment law. Allison obtained her BA and LL.B degrees from the University of Manitoba, she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Cori Simms
Vice President, Marketing
Cori has been directly responsible for marketing and providing support to investors over the lifetime of their investment plans since 2000. Before joining EquiGenesis, Cori worked in various senior management positions at IBM. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Manitoba.
